Project Managers act as the single point of contact for every customer; all transactions happen in the presence of the Project Manager. The project Manager coordinates and supervises the entire relocation procedures and includes managing the entire team to which they were assigned. Project Manager works with Move Supervisors, as per the criteria, Project Manager is the office-based management while on the other hand Move Supervisors work right in the field. The main role of a Project Manager is to be the direct contact of all the transactions of the customer; mainly they are the first contact customer service in Office Pro.
